Known for his grit, determination, and can-do attitude, Chuck Roberts has been a force within the Real Estate industry both as an agent and a Real Estate brokerage owner for almost twenty years.
Chuck entered the Real Estate industry in 2004. In an industry where most agents only sell 6 or 7 properties a year, during his first year, he sold 44 properties in 10 months which allowed him to be the Rookie of the Year as well as the #1 agent by units sold with the Century 21 brokerage he was with at the time. He went on to work with a Coldwell Banker Franchise in 2005, where he quickly became one of their top-selling agents., selling 75 properties in his second year in the business. Around this time, Chuck began assembling his first fully functioning support team, including an assistant, two buyers' agents, and a listing agent. He and his team sold 140 units in his 3rd year of having his license, and in that same year, he bought, sold, and flipped 50 properties.
Chuck's next move would be to open a national real estate Franchise - an agency he grew into a successful franchise that at its peak had 195 agents, dominantly becoming the largest Real Estate Company in the area. Shortly after, he was brought on board to become one of the 32 Regional Directors for that National Franchise to help them expand their territory. Among other accomplishments, Chuck played an instrumental role in helping grow that organization to becoming the #1 Real Estate Franchise in the World. And after achieving those accomplishments, Chuck has stepped
back into his roots and passion for helping his clients buy, sell, develop and invest in real estate, as well as furthering his personal goals of doing the same for himself. Needless to say, he is having the time of his life!
When he is not doing this, he loves spending time with his wife of 28 years, his family, and his first grandbaby that has him wrapped around her little finger.
